About Me

I am located in Atlanta, GA.

I received my high school diploma from Northwest School of the Arts in 2011 with a concentration in Violin and Cello Orchestral Performance.

I held a fellowship in Ecuador through Global Citizen Year from September 2011 to April 2012. During this time I worked with local government in a small afro-Ecuadorian town to develop wellness and enrichment programs for youth, seniors, and people with disabilities.

I am a recent graduate of Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC. I graduated in May 2016 with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Creative Writing. At the college, I worked as a liaison between student groups and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, served as an undergraduate assistant to the MFA program for writers, and was a Resident Director. I volunteered with a program called MANOS that empowers Latin@ youth, grades 6-12, to succeed in school, and provides tools to help them prepare for college.

My interests include South Korean film, knitting, lazy cooking, and dance.
